White collar jobs will reduce

Return on white collar jobs will reduce

Moving towards automation, robots.

Returns on business will increase. Just like in America.

Entrepreneurship is the way forward, rather than working towards having a job.

Mindset to become an enterpreneur. Mental shifts

First:

- As a jobseeker, you are looking for external validation. Warrne buffets calls it the external scorecard. What university/college, what score, what credentials. Am i spending long hours in office to show that i am working.

- Opposite of this is internal scorecard. What networking, skills i am learning, what relationships, what commercial opportunities.

Second:

- from doer to a thinker. As am employee you are supposed to do someone else is deciding. Working on close ended problems.

- E is a thinker and a doer.

Third:

- John F Kennedy. Employee attitude is what the country can do for me. What CTC u can give, what benefits, etc.

- E thinks what i can do for the country, customer, family. E is more frugal and realistic.

Mark mobius - 

When you are in a salaried job, you think you are climbing a ladder.

As you get older you realize that the ladde is falling in space.

If you were an entrepreneur you cant do worse.

For any kind of transformation a forcing function is required.
